Great dealer, great vehicle, and great price! I bought a 2016 Ford F150 with 90k miles on the odometer. The truck was listed at a fair price compared to other lots in the area selling similar trucks. I have put 11k miles on the truck and it has been reliable with no issues. The buying process was smooth with no pressure from Reza. I was 18 years old when I bought this car with my own money. Buying a car as a teen girl by myself was so incredibly scary and I genuinely thought I was gonna get scammed every where I looked. I found this car and took it for a test drive and it was everything I was looking for. The man (Reza) was so kind and gave me the best deal out of anybody else I had gone to. He even gave me a good price on my small crappy car. I was so scared of being scammed but he was very reassuring and I genuinely love my car. I have had it for 6 months now and have had no issues with it. They are a great company.

He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell you something that you didn't want. He took care of a minor issue before I purchased the vehicle. He was transparent and honest, which is hard to find at a lot of the dealerships out there. He is very attentive and willing to go the extra mile for you. The vehicle is running great, and I am stll very pleased with the purchase that I made. If and when I need to buy another vehicle I am definitely going to be giving him a call.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Reza treated us like family and didn’t waste our time haggling or playing games like the big dealerships. I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond. He stayed after hours so that my husband could see the vehicle as well. Most dealerships get annoyed with children but Reza offered them snacks and drinks to help keep them occupied. I will always refer anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Reza at Alamo Auto USA.

I will start with the highlights by saying that I’m pretty sure that Reza is one of the most honest, knowledgeable, patient, and considerate dealers I’ve met in my many years of car shopping. I highly recommend starting at Alamo Auto for your vehicle search. A lot of what I could say here would be an echo of what many others have already said but, for those who are interested in knowing why I am leaving a five-star review, below are the details. I’ve learned to do research on the common issues with any vehicle in which I find myself interested so that I can factor possible necessary repairs into the potential cost of ownership. As I was looking for a car last Spring, my search criteria (was looking for a 2001 – 2005 BMW 3-series with high miles since I know that they happen to have fairly [some would say legendarily] reliable engines in that year range) led me to one at Alamo Auto that was quite close to everything I wanted with few tolerable exceptions. The price, however, was a bit of a concern. There was another car with a more favorable price which even had more features and fewer miles, but it was at a different dealership, the color wasn’t what I preferred, and the dealer didn’t seem to be as knowledgeable about the car in which I was interested nor in vehicles in general (though he did seem quite polite). After engaging in a rather lengthy conversation with Reza, I had a thorough understanding of the reason for the pricing of the vehicle he had for sale. He had funded a rather expensive repair on the car after acquiring it which, in my opinion, significantly raised the value and overall attractiveness of the vehicle. Because Reza had the patience to sufficiently explain to me the reason behind the pricing of the vehicle, I was a lot more accepting of the overall proposition and was quite optimistic about a future with the vehicle. It seemed to me that he was being entirely transparent regarding what he knew of the history of the vehicle. It was refreshing to work with a dealer who so knowledgeable, patient, candid, and generous. Aside from the purchasing experience, Reza was there for me when I had a few mechanical and electronic concerns with the vehicle. It is now nearly a year since my purchase and I am overall very satisfied with the vehicle and very glad I discovered his dealership. He is truly a classy guy who goes out of his way to assist wherever he can and work towards customer satisfaction. I really do wish that more dealers were like him. In fact, as another customer wrote, I feel as though I have gained a friend and I really hope to be able to do business with him again.

Bought a 2013 Chevy Sonic from here and the process was flawless. Was even able to trade my old car which had multiple problems towards the purchase. Even with a slight problem of the new cars title taking awhile to get to him he kept me informed on the status and I never felt worried. Would definitely recommend Alamo Auto to friends and family!

I did not purchase a car from Mr. Esmaily. I was delivering a shipment to the company next door. And was going to have to park my tractor trailer, on the street on a heavily traveled road. Mr. Esmaily insisted I park on his property. He moved vehicles for me and stayed there several hours, until I could get my shipment unloaded. He would not take any compensation, no matter how many times I ask. I can not express how kind he was to me. If I was going to buy a used car. Mr. Esmaily would be the first person I would call!!!

I picked up a great 1500 gmc with low miles and a fair price was great service very helpful with all my quetions made sure truck was all around ready to go and didn't push me into buying anything couldn't ask for better and would be very comfortable and happy to get my next vehicle there again. Adding to my earlier review I have put over 10,000 miles on the truck now still running great and love it. It's my daily driver and I have not had to do any mechanical work other then regular maintenance thank you Alamo auto for the great truck and service
